FAQ's
It gets a bit tricky with some brands. We do sometimes accept items if they are brand new or very nearly new and in immaculate condition M&S (Limited Collection), Monsoon, GAP, Debenhams (Ted Baker and Jasper Conran only.)
Any clothes you sell to us must be like new or as close to and not be damaged, marked or stained. We can’t accept items with rips, tears, stains, pilling or signs of wear & tear.
Yes – the list is not exhaustive but we may not be able to take them.
We aim to assess and price your clothes within 3-5 working days of receiving them. Our selection process is rigorous so it can take a little time. We will then email you a list of the items we would like to accept and a price for them. We do not break down the offer by item and the amount is non-negotiable. Once you have agreed the amount we will pay to a Paypal account or a bank account. Any clothes not accepted by MGR will be returned to you or passed to charity.
You will earn 40% of the sales price we think can be achieved by the clothes.
We try to keep the prices we sell at comparable to supermarket clothing prices.
Please see the examples below for a rough guide of how much you will receive for an item.
The items shown below are indicative of age 3-4 clothing. Baby and younger clothes will earn less, older children's clothes will earn slightly more.
The amount will also vary depending on the brand and condition
We can pay by Paypal or bank transfer within 24 hours of our offer being agreed.
