1. Charges
For all Preloved by Post Box orders we require a £1.00 deposit to confirm your order. Once this £1.00 has been paid we will put together your box of clothes. This £1.00 will be credited against any purchases you make.

​2. Delivery
Postage of £3.95 is charged on all boxes. All boxes are sent via Royal Mail, 2nd Class.

3. Time to try
You can have up to 5 days to look through the clothes, try them on your child and consider your purchases. We'll be in touch to see how you've got on.

4. Returns
Please use the prepaid postage label included in your box for any returns.
All returns must be posted from a Post Office within 7 days of the date on your inventory. Please keep hold of your certificate of posting (Royal Mail will give you this when you post the parcel back).

For any Little Extras purchases returns will be at your own cost. The full cost of the item be refunded if it is returned unopened and in the original packaging.

5. Payment
Payment will be collected from the debit / credit card used to confirm your order  once we have received any returns or you have notified us that you would like to keep all the items in your box. If we do not receive your returns within 10 days from the date on your inventory the full value of the contents of your box will be collected from your card.
